I JUST RUN ACROSS THE ARTICLE ABOUT WALK OF FAME IN OPATIJA. IS IT LIKE THE WORLD FAMOUS WALK OF FAME WHERE ACTORS RECEIVE THEIR STARS?

That is correct, there is a Walk of Fame in Opatija. It is a few years old project started in coordination between The Town of Opatija and a celebrity magazine.
However, this Wwalk is more "advanced" than the Hollywood one since it dedicates stars to writer, politicians, sportsmen, TV stars,....
Actually, another ceremony is about to take place on September 18th, and this time the winners are Oliver Mlakar, a very famous TV host, and ÄorÄ‘e Novković, a composer who recently passed away.
All in all, it is a praiseworthy project.
