Rijeka - City to be enriched by new, quality accommodation facilities

Rijeka will soon be richer for another hotel. Namely, Mr. Goran Štrok, the owner of one of the largest hotel chains in Croatia “Jadranski luksuzni hoteli” (Adriatic luxury hotels) recently leased in Rijeka the popular Rijeka “Costabella”. It is a smaller sports-tourism complex at one of the most attractive positions in the city of Rijeka which extends over a total of 2094 square metres and which Mr. Goran Štrok has lease for the next 30 years. Up until now the inadequately used tourist facility “Costabella” upon entering the group “Jadranski luksuzni hoteli” will be crowned with a high four star standard. The total accommodation capacity will be twenty luxuriously decorated rooms and two apartments, including also a restaurant and café bar with a terrace. The “Costabella” area other than accommodation facilities, which are expected to be open by the middle of June this year, from next year will also offer guests new recreational facilities like tennis courts and fitness centre and small wellness centre which will be open for guests and Rijeka residents, or – all guests of the City of “Costabella»” is located very close to the high quality hotel “Grand Hotel Bonavia Park Plaza” – a hotel which has long been a member of the group “Jadranski luksuzni hoteli”. As this hotel is located in the centre of town and up until now has not had a direct link with the beach, this new complex will significantly bring it closer to the beach and sea.
