Looking for a picnic area near opatija

hi,
i want to throw a picnic one of these days (as soon as the weather gets better). i heard i can do it on učka and lisina? can i, are there any laws i might break by doing so?

i recommend lower slopes of učka, it is very beautiful and picturesque :wink:
