This beautiful house is situated in exotic settlement Kampor on the island Rab. The house provides a breathtaking view of bays of the touristic-oriented fishing village Kampor.

Island Rab, one of the first touristic oasis in this part of the Adriatic sea, is located in the center of the Croatian Kvarner sea. The house disposes with 5 apartments suitable for 2 to 7 people.

It's located on a beautiful and peaceful, uphill place. This property is 400 meters away from the sandy beach, which can be seen from the terrace and the garden; 500 meters from the city center and 5000 meters from 2000 years old town Rab.

Sandy beach, with its shallow sea and emerald color is a great facility for families with children, and inquisitive people and historians can enjoy, especially in the evening, walking through the old town.

Kampor also offers a lot of sport facilities, on the sea and on the mainland, and especially a clean and pleasant air, suitable for heart and asthmatic patients.

Garden stretches on a large surface above the house where you spend some time in the evening and afternoon. Here is a playground for children, table tennis, luxurious and well-equipped grill, equipped garden kitchen with a toilet and few garden tables and sitting sets which are at the guests disposal.

Special novelty is a modernly equipped and heated outdoor pool (9.5 m x 5.2 m x 1.5 m). The pool is equipped with deck chairs, parasols and snack pool. You will be delighted when you see a view that stretches from the beautiful garden and sunbathing area around the pool.

For yachtsmen a boat beacon and a crane are assured in the harbor not far from the house. Next to the house, there is a private parking space and a garage. Possibility of renting bicycles is also offered.
