Hotel Sipar, renovated in the year 2003, is situated on the same cape directly by the sea, in the settlement Punta, only 1 km away from the center of Umag. Hotel disposes with 144 room distributed on 4 floors. Rooms are equipped with: air-condition, central heating, mini bar, telephone, SAT-TV, bathroom/toilet, balcony with the partial sea view. All common areas of the hotel are air-conditioned: à-la-carte restaurant, terrace, aperitif bar, buffet on the beach, 3 smaller rooms/meeting halls, coffee terrace, safe, hairdresser and cosmetic salon, indoor pool with the sea water, children pool, deck chair and parasol renting. Parking space is settled in front of the hotel. Sport facilities in the nearby sport center 'Punta' (which is 100 m away): 6 sandy tennis courts, table tennis, mini golf, motorcycles rent, pedal boat, boats and bicycles, jet ski. Distance to the beach is about 30 m – rocky beach, sandy sea bottom, concreted and grassed sunbathing places, deck chair and parasol renting.
